Why Staff?
Staffing a Crucible Weekend is an opportunity to serve, grow, and deepen your journey. It allows you to give back, support others through transformation, and refine your leadership skills in a spiritually rich environment.
Who Can Staff?
Those who have completed their Initial Crucible Weekend.
Individuals committed to servant leadership and the mission of transformation.
Those willing to work as part of a team in a structured yet deeply personal weekend experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Model vulnerability and authenticity.
Guide and support new participants through their experience.
Be fully present, both physically and emotionally, throughout the weekend.
Work in various capacities, including logistics, teachings, soul group facilitation, and weekend preparation.
Requirements
Attend both staff meetings and teaching day.
Complete the staffing application and health form.
Commit to arriving early and staying through the entire weekend.
